The average sale price of all residential properties sold in September was up by 17.5% to $637,691 compared to September 2019.
Average Home Price:
- $768,762 Detached Homes
- $390,690 Apartment-Style Condominiums
- $476,636 Townhomes
- $544,874 Semis
It took an average of 14 days to sell a home in September, compared to 23 days in September 2019.
