The average sale price of all residential properties sold in September was $753,162, a 4.7% decrease from September 2024.

- $858,872 Detached Home
- $606,871 Townhome
- $442,086 Apartment-Style Condominium
- $621,026 Semi
It took an average of 32 days to sell a home, compared to 28 days in September 2024.
