Last month’s home sales in Kitchener-Waterloo increased by 3.3% compared to April 2023.

The average sale price of all residential properties sold in April is up 0.3% to $800,087 compared to April 2023.

- $485,556 Apartment-Style Condominiums
- $665,936 Semis
It took an average of 18 days to sell a home in April, the same in as in 2023.
