Another steady performance for November.

535 residential properties were sold in Kitchener-Waterloo and area through the Multiple Listing System (MLS)

November Sales Breakdown:

  • 352 Detached Homes
  • 118 Condominiums
  • 32 Semi-Detached Homes
  • 28 Freehold Townhouses

The average price of all residential properties sold in November increased 15.5 percent to $411,602 compared to November 2016

Average Home Price:

  • $473,104 Detached Homes
  • $209,360 Apartment Style Condominium
  • $310,151 Townhomes

The median price of all residential properties sold in November increased 18 percent to $377,500.
